1. Information We Collect

When you book an appointment we collect your name and phone number, and — if you choose to provide them — your email address, age, gender and the reason for your visit. Only the name and phone number are required.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To register, confirm, reschedule or cancel your appointment
• To email you about that appointment, if you gave us an email address
• To let the treating doctor prepare for your consultation
• To send health tips and check-up reminders, only if you separately opted in

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. Access is limited to authorised hospital staff and the doctor you are booking with.

4. How Long We Keep It

We keep your information for as long as it is needed for your care and for any medical record-keeping we are legally required to maintain, after which it is erased.

5. Appointment Notifications

Appointment updates are sent by email. If you do not provide an email address we will contact you by phone instead. Marketing messages such as health tips are only sent if you ticked the separate optional consent box when booking, and you can opt out at any time.

6. Your Rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act you may request a copy of your data, ask us to correct or erase it, withdraw your consent, or nominate someone to exercise these rights for you. To do any of these, or to raise a complaint, contact our Grievance Officer using the details below. If you are not satisfied with our response you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
